Hector Kriete grew up in Cali, Colombia and now makes small-batch pottery in Austin with his family of three: teapots, pasta bowls, porcelain plates and incense chimeneas. Pieces have sold at the Armadillo Bazaar and at Artscape at the Dallas Arboretum.
