Peach cobbler, quince, and raspberry chipotle jams come out of Rachel's Lompoc kitchen in small batches, alongside pickled chayote and charcuterie boards booked by DM. Her jars turn up at the Route 1 Farmers Market in Vandenberg Village and at both Orcutt farmers markets.

Beekeeper Bryan Godfrey bottles San Jose honey by season: amber from spring into September, darker jars October through December, plus a spicy Honey Blaze made for pizza. Jars are at the Coffee Shack on Saturdays, and he also handles hive installations and swarm removal.
