Things you make or find, handed over in person or shipped: baked goods, meals, crafts, vintage finds, market-stand stock. You’re responsible for whatever rules apply to what you sell — cottage food laws vary by state — and Nilfpay handles the orders and the payment, not the licensing.

None of the three. Your shop is a link. Buyers pay on their own phones, so there’s no hardware, and many sellers start as individuals — check what your state expects for the kind of selling you do.

It types, you decide. From a photo it drafts the name, description, and an asking price based on what similar things sell for; it can write your post captions from your live products and sketch a logo. Everything it writes is editable, and nothing goes live without you.

Buyers pay when they order. Your earnings settle to the bank account you add in the app’s settings, and the app always shows what’s pending and what’s been paid out.

Optional for the buyer at checkout, 100% yours, and you control the suggested percentages — or switch tipping off.

One tap in the app. Cancel-and-refund while the order is still queued, or refund after pickup. The buyer gets their full payment back, including any tip.

Yes. Turn on “Send a payment” and your page takes any amount — for custom work, a deposit, or the difference on a special request. It lands in the app like any other payment, and the same pricing applies: free for you.

Yours, as with any selling. Nilfpay gives you the records: every order in the app and your customer list as a CSV, any time.

You write the pickup details once — “Ferry Plaza farmers market, Saturdays 8–2, blue tent” — and every buyer sees them after paying and on their receipt.

Every order comes with a pickup code on the buyer’s receipt. At handoff they read it out, you type it, and the order marks itself done — no scrolling through names with your hands full.

They’ve already paid, so a no-show costs them, not you. If you’d rather return the money, that’s one tap.

Yes, if you want to. Turn on delivery in settings and set your flat fee — buyers choose Pickup or Delivery at checkout and type their address. When you hand the box to a courier, or drive it over yourself, mark the order shipped, add the carrier and tracking number, and the buyer gets an email with a link to follow it. Pickup stays the default.

A clean page with your photos, prices, and a Pay button — no account required to buy. They get an email receipt with the pickup details and their code, and they can follow your shop to hear about drops. Here’s their side of it.

Payments are processed by a licensed US partner. Card details go to the processor, never to the seller — and never to us.

Yes, any day, no questions: Settings → export CSV. Platforms in this space have died taking sellers’ lists with them; ours leaves with one tap.

In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Your shop closes to new orders immediately and we finish the removal once already-paid orders are collected. The full policy.
